Ostalgia Blonde
Kölsch : Malt beer, inspired by German Kölsch but fermented at high temperature. The cereal gives it a slightly veiled look and a delicate crunchy mouthfeel.

Ostalgia Rousse
Altbier : Malted beer, inspired by German Altbier but fermented at high temperature. The bitterness of the hops is balanced by a lightly roasted malt which gives it delicate caramelized notes. Its aromas of grain and caramel embellished with hops give it a noble character.

Blanche de l’Ermitage
Witbier : A gently refreshing wheat beer with hints of coriander  and orange peel. The full taste of wheat is complemented by this beer being slughtly spicy and citrusy, aromas that are accentuated by the Belgian yeast.

Framboise
Refreshing beer made with local farmers raspberries. Adding raspberries gives a crisp dry taste and a little tartness to the beer. Perfect for hot summer days.

Riwaka
Session IPA : Inspired by New England IPA-type beers, our Session IPA is a low-alcohol version. Its strong presence in hops brings out citrus aromas, such as lemon, grapefruit and orange, signature of the rare Riwaka hops.

Helles
Inspired by Bavarian lagers, our Heles is a tasty and malty beer topped by the gentle sharp flavours of German hops.

Boson de Higgs
A refreshing, low-gravity beer with a lot of flavor. Boson de Higgs does not fit into any category, but it will certainly have you travek with every sip. At first, a gentle note of smokiness will leave its place to a nice wheat taste. At the end of your glass, you will find a refreshing Saison yeast ester taste.

7 Sisters : Celeno
Season and Session IPA style beer. The seasonal yeast gives it a dry side in the mouth. It is low in alcohol and there is a pleasant bitterness. The hops give it flavors of tropical fruits.

7 Sisters : Merope
Malty and slightly bitter Pale Ale style beer enhanced with Belgian yeast which gives it a dry and refreshing character. The hops give it delicate tropical aromas.

7 Sisters : Maia
Exceptional beer with a hybrid style that is similar to the Abbey type beer. There is a nice balance between a malty roundness and New World hops with flavors of Sauvignon grapes. Its dress is a brilliant ruby and its foam is a fine lace. Its yeast gives it spicy esters and a refreshing dry finish.

Loulou
Porter
: English porter made from 100% East Kent Golding UK hops. The balance between caramel malt, roasted malt and hops makes this beer tasty and easy to drink.

Postcolonial
IPA :
Our Postcolonial IPA is a hybrid of English and American IPA styles. The typical roundness of the malt and the caramel found in British beers is carefully paired with the citrusy fragrances of American hops. Its final resinous undertones are a reminder of pine forests.

End of the trail
American Pale Ale :
Rich citrusy and piny aroma made of 100% Falconer’s Flight hops. 65IBU balance with nice malt presence to keep
it easy drinking as a Pale Ale should be.

Hooligan
English Bitter :
This typically English bitter is brewed with East Kent Golding UK hops which gives it an earthy side and a slight bitterness. The caramelized flavors of the malt give it a nice sweetness to balance its bitterness, which makes it easy to drink.
